Every year we get excited to start our seeds. When is it too early? When is too late? Zones? March is usually a good rule of thumb, but those southern zones (7-10) have already started indoors. The farther north you go the longer you have to wait, unfortunately. Most zones are still going to be growing our herbs indoors, but there is plenty to do in February getting ready.
